Today i wanted to hit some volume on the ski, air bike and row. Saw one of my mates do this earlier in the week so give it a run with Juien Rinaldi.

10 x air squats
10 x lunges
10 x pushups
10 x shoulder dislocates

Then

For time

Calorie ski erg
Burpees
Calorie Schwenn Airdyne

*Complete 20 cal ski, 20 burpees, 20 cal airdyne, 19 cal ski, 19 burpees, 19 cal airdyne. Carry on like this until you reach 1.
