FYF – 31/4/17

After a 60 minute slog last week i knew this session needed to be a little shorter and a lot heavier. Kev Toonen reminded me of a few classic Gym Jones workouts. We decided on a variation of a Mark Twight favourite ‘Jones Crawl.’ It ended up being just what the doctor ordered!

15 rounds ( 5 each)

10 Deadlift 140kg/80kg

25 box jumps (24″)

*Team must complete 600 cal Schwinn Airdyne throughout. Clock stops when team finishes 15 rounds & 600 cals.
