98 Foundation Seminar

On May 5th & 6th 2018 we will be running the second 98 Foundation Seminar. Over the course of the seminar you will be introduced to the philosophy of how and why we coach and program. We will cover the “how” and “why” of our focus on performance and why we consider attitude a crucial part of the performance matrix.

With over 4 decades experience in professional sport, high performance programs and training the team will expose you to their training, processes and mindset behind the training at 98. The seminar focuses on making you a better coach/athlete and most importantly person.

  • Movement and technique
  • Nutrition and Recovery
  • Programming principles

The content in this course is focused on movement, programming and nutrition/recovery. Our aim is to improve your performance both physically and mentally by providing you with the tools to unlock your potential and those you coach or train.

Over the course of the weekend there will be physical activity, you don’t need to be an athlete but you do need to be able to contribute.
