98 Strength Session (14/3/19)

Warm Up
2 Rounds
10 x Deadbugs
15 x Side Plank Hip Touch
10 x Inch Worm
10 x Scorpions
10 x Glute Walk Outs

Strengh
3 x 8 Med Ball Slams 3-15kg (Fast, explosive and deliberate)
60 seconds rest between sets
Then
5 x 3 Deadlift + 10 x Pull Ups each set 2 mins rest between sets
Then
3 x 20 Push Up (1 every 2 seconds…think down, up, pause…and so on)

Finisher
5 rounds
10 x Cossack Squat (5 each side)
10 x Box Jump
10 x Burpee
