98 Testing Overview – February 2019

Once again your work is shown in the results. Across the board everyone improved in some if not all aspects of testing. Of note the males this time around seemed to improve the most (gender focused). Which is nice to see as the last two rounds of testing the women had them covered…and then some. Now saying that, the improvement in the females was very impressive also, the average deadlift, pull ups and ski/row times have shown that. Remember that testing is a snap shot of where you are, it helps you see where you need to work harder and where your hard work has paid off. If you don’t know where you are, in regards to your strengths and weakness…how can you be sure where to go with your training?
