When your birthday comes around at 98 Riley Street Gym the tradition is that the other trainers put together a WOD that relates to your birthday for the crew to hit. This year was a beauty programmed by our resident Crossfit coach and good mate Andy Ginn. We had a great turnout for the WOD and i can honestly say it was the highlight of my birthday. It was a tough one but i loved it.
