Birthday Workout

When your birthday comes around at 98 Riley Street Gym the tradition is that the other trainers put together a WOD  that relates to your birthday for the crew to hit. This year was a beauty programmed by our resident Crossfit coach and good mate Andy Ginn. We had a great turnout for the WOD and i can honestly say it was the highlight of my birthday. It was a tough one but i loved it.


Teams of 3

35 rounds total (my age)

7 deadlifts @100/60kgs (day of birth)

7 bar facing burpees

7 T2B

12 cal airdyne (month of birth)

*must complete 8100m on ski (year of birth)
