30 Rounds (10 each)
6 x Deadlift 60kg/100kg
12 x Box Jump 20″/24″
18 x Air Squat

*must complete 400 cal Assault Bike throughout

Player 1 will be working through the reps, player 2 will be on the bike, player 3 will be resting.  Split the bike up however you like. Workout finishes when all 30 rounds are complete and the Assault Bike is at 400 calories.
