“The FYF to me is something different from anything else I do training wise, it’s not about the physical result, to me it’s mental. Can I stay present and focused on the task, can I do the work, reps, technique and meet the standard every time. And last, and to me most important, can I make myself uncomfortable enough to challenge that tiny voice in my head that tells me to slow down, give up, quit. I’ve hurt bad on everyone of these sessions, lots of work needed as always. Through the pain comes clarity. And thank you as always to everyone who shared it.”
