FYF Partner Workout – 7/9/18

Are you a team player? This workout will answer that question very quickly. The harder you work, the less your partner suffers.

Workout
5000m Ski Erg relay
*partner 1 skis while partner 2 is in KB rack hold (2 x 24kg/16kg)
*ski cannot move unless the team KB’s are in rack hold
*team must complete 200m run every 4 minutes

Quickest time at 98 was  27:15 (Kate Hilliard and Chris Feather both with 24kg)
