Grunt Work

The start of the year has been very busy for me. The launch of this site, starting the relocation 98 Riley St Gym and finding out Kate and I are having a baby (The best news ever!) all in the first 2 months of the year! With all this going on I’ve struggled to be able to train with the lads and have been doing most of my sessions solo. Today we all managed to clear space in our calendars to hit this beauty. Nothing like training with these guys to get the best out of myself, love a bit of competition.

5000m ski
Every 250m alternate between
1. 5 x Burpee pull-up
2. 5 x Ground to shoulder with 75kg deadball
