10 x Sandbag Squat (60kg)
20 x Burpees
400m Run 

My time – 19:52

I did this workout with a sandbag and ran around the block. It can be done with any kind of weighted object… Dumbell, Kettlebell, Deadball, BBQ gas bottle, Stone… and on any surface… grass, sand, street!
