This is a workout we use at 98 Gym on a weekly basis. They are not just there to test you physically but also mentally. They are a test of character and willingness to suffer.

90 seconds off
*complete 1 x deadball ground to shoulder at 50% bodyweight in 90 seconds.
*increase by 1 rep of GTS every round until failure.
