5 x glute walk outs
10 x hamstring squats
1 x bear crawl lap around rig

3 x 8 heavy kettlebell swing (Fast, explosive and deliberate)
60 seconds rest between sets
Then
3 x 8 @ 65% @ 2-3 mins rest between sets
Then
3 x 12 DB/KB push press 6 Ball slams (3-15 kg)

FINISHER

10 KB RDL (single kb in held in both hands)
20m bodweight lunge walk
15 push ups ( strict push ups )
