What is STR ?

WARM UP
5 mins easy Bike/Row/Ski/Run
Then
2 Rounds
10 x Deadbugs
15 x Side Plank Hip Touch
10 x Mountain Climbers
10 x Scorpions
10 x Glute Walkouts
10 x Bird DogsSTR

WORKOUT
6 x 20m Flying Starts (jogging into the sprint)
Then
5 x 10 Romain Deadlift (Barbell/KB/DB) 6 second eccentric phase (lowering part)
2 mins rest between sets
Then
5 x 20 Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squat (20 x each leg)FINISHER

FINISHER
15 min Time Cap
Barbell/KB/DB Complex (DB/KB use one in each hand)

Use a weight that challenges you but remember its FORM OVER TIME!
Power Clean (KB/DB must start and finish touching the ground)
Deadlift
Front Squat
Push Up (Hands on the bar or DB/KB)
