5 x 3 deadlifts @ 80% @ 2-3 mins rest between sets

Then

3 x 12 DB/KB strict press + 8 banded plank single arm pulls (e/a)

Then

3 rounds

10 KB single leg deadlift (e/l)

20m single arm OH KB lunge walk

10 banded pull apart

10 push ups
