What To Expect From The Advanced Strength Class At 98 Gym

This is one of our favourite sessions of the week at 98. The advanced strength class (STR Advanced) is designed and programmed for members who have trained and demonstrated an above average level of strength (STR) and skill. These sessions are higher in volume and intensity than normal STR sessions, members are exposed to variations in stance, bars, movements and techniques. This class will work in conjunction with the current 98 program. Minimum standards apply. Cool down usually includes a well deserved pale ale.

 

Friday 27/8/18 

5 x 10 Back Squat
Then
3 x 8 Floor Press
Max Pull Ups between sets
Then
5 x 40s Goblet Squats
60 sec rest between sets
Then
30 second max calorie Assault Bike test
Cool down/Beer time!
