WARM UP

10 x Deadbugs
15 x Side Plank Hip Touch
10 x Mountain Climbers
10 x Scorpions
10 x Glute Walk Outs
10 x Bird DogsSTR

Then
3 x 8 Kettlebell Swing Heavy (Fast, explosive and deliberate)
60 seconds rest between sets
Then
5 x 6 Box Squat 70% 1RM plus 5 x Knee To Feet after each set

Then
20 to 1 Kettlebell Swings
Rest as needed FINISHER

Then
15 min AMRAP
15 x Goblet Squat
10 x Plyo Push Up (5 each side)
60m Bodyweight Walking Lunge
